For the feta broccoli frittata...
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3 Tbs parmigianno
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 cup broccoli florets
salt
pepper
olive oil
For the citrus salad…
2 oranges (if you can find blood oranges, get one of those!)
1/2 a grapefruit
1 handful mint leaves
1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
Small chunk of pecorino
1 tsp honey
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Olive oil
For the almond cream brioche…
4 thick slices of brioche or challah or GF substitute
5 tbs unsalted butter, room temp
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup almond meal
1 large egg
Tiny pinch almond extract
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs rum, grand mariner
Equipment
3 mixing bowls
Baking dish or pan for frittata
